Students will not have to pay the fee increase until the facility opens

Due to the healthy reserves (e.g.: savings account) ASI has accumulated over the years, students will not have to pay the fee increase until the renovated facility opens. ASI will use reserves to fund many of the expenses that are incurred in the beginning, including building permits, hiring architects for schematics and identifying the building contractor. Funding of the construction project will be accomplished through debt financing.
